Engine Processing

MR can offer complete program of engine part processing, for various type of engines (for passenger vehicles and also truck and industrial vehicles). Our machines can process engine block (boring, line boring, resleeving, diamond honning, surfacing, leveling etc.), than we can process engine head (pressure testing, replacing of valve guides and valve steams, sand-blasting, cleaning, adjusting valve clearance etc.). On crankshafts we can conduct grinding, magnetic-flux testing, hardness testing. On connecting rods we can replace bushes, we can also do boring of a big end and we can level weight if needed. Among other services we also have welding department where we can repair some parts of engine if there is need to do that.
