Machine Repair Shop MR has in its possession five machines for blocks drilling.
Italian machine EKO 160 drills cylinders of 55-200 mm enabling work on great truck blocks, too.
Italian machine VB 180 M drills cylinders of 200 mm with a possibility of straightening deformed blocks. Machine has a digital measuring bar which enables precise engine block straightening.
The automatic version of ACP160 boring machine for cylinder blocks.

Using these five machines we are able to finish blocks processing within a very short period of time.
After each processing, blocks are always washed from metal fillings and various fats. Measurement and control of the blocks are carried out by precise micrometers and comparators (MITUTOYO).
Final, fine processing i.e. blocks honing is done by three machines:
Logo 170 with possibility of blocks honing of 45-200 mm, and REX-Y with possibility of cylinder honing of 55-120 mm. |
